We here at Cronkhite Home Solutions are taking special steps to protect our employees, workers and client’s health & safety amid the concerns with Covid-19. We are asking all employees, installers and customers to be safe and follow the guidelines set forth by the CDC.
1. We are asking all employees and installation staff to stay home if they are sick or under the weather. We will notify you if a salesperson or installer can not make it to a scheduled appointment. We thank you in advance for understanding this.
2. We are asking our clients and customers to notify us if they are sick or under the weather so that our people can take special precautions or reschedule your appointment.
3. We will be asking our people to refrain from shaking hands and to practice social distancing. Please understand as we do not want offend anyone but we wish everyone to be safe and cautious.
4. We will be screening our people and installers so that we are not knowingly putting anyone in harms way. We might be asking some questions of our clients, please don’t be offended. We will continue to ask our people the same questions.
